On the gearbox mainshaft. I need to dress up some of the threads. Specifically the 9/16 X 20 TPI. What type of die should I use ?
Henri. Normally a die nut is more than adequate to tidy a thread up. Ron

Yes Henri. Some of these larger sizes 7/16" 1/2" 9/16" came in 26 or 20 tpi BSCyc. Ron
