Looks like an Indian copy,the swivel lug looks like it has been made in two parts with a bit of weld on one side holding them together,when this locates onto the frame lug it takes the weight of the bike,so could fail,originally this lug was forged in one part with a top and bottom die and then clipped,the clipping marks can be seen on originals as they were not ground off,also this type of prop stand was fitted to both WNG and 3HW,both companies were owned by the same man Jack Sangster so maybe there was some collaboration between them.
