My speedo had a flanged bezel which i swapped for a non flanged one recently.
I found an o-ring between the bezel and the glass but not below the glass. Is that normal?
Despite my speedo having been restored by a professional only a few years ago the o-ring which was there fell apart when touched!!

Mine only had one O ring in it, so that's what I replaced.
Can't just remember the size but if you let me have dimensions I have a few thousand sizes on the shelf so could post one to you if you let me have your details.
inside diameter of O ring x cross section of rubber (thickness)

i fitted a new o-ring with the new bezel but wasn't sure, given the now apparent non replacement of a very tired o-ring during the speedo rebuild, whether they had omitted a second one.
It appears not, so all good to go.
