Clutch discs

I'm doing some work on the clutch, which has got problems. One thing I've found is that the new friction discs I fitted a couple of seasons back were badly worn, and one had split. I got these via ebay but can't remember which supplier. Obviously I don't want to make the mistake of getting the same ones again :-) Can anyone suggest a retailer they have used who supplies good quality ones, rather than bits of cornflakes boxes? Thanks. Dunc.

Re: Clutch discs

I sell both steel and fibre plates which I have manufactured for me..They are not 'bought in' stock items...

The clutch plates are the correct thickness and are made of an oil tolerant material which can be run wet or dry equally well..

I've sold quite a few to forum members and use them myself of course...Contact me off forum for details...Ian
