I wondered if any body could give me the dimensions for the above. I have some .525" stainless hex bar and thought I might make a couple rather than buy them.

As no one else has done the dirty deed, here I go.
Download this file http://stainlessbits.com/link12.html
then find the BSA part number for the bolts you want to make and look them up.
They are cycle thread and about 1" long which is the best I can do without pulling my tank off.

Yes, .525 is correct, height of the head is 1/4 inch. Then indeed the 1 inch piece with a diameter of 7/16", then the 5/16" x 26 cycle, about 9 mm long.

Head is drilled to take a wire to prevent coming loose. Good luck, Michiel

There were some NOS on ebay a while ago, I have found a picture but I can't find the bolts to measure.

Thanks to everybody for the input on the above. Will lock myself in the garage tomorrow afternoon with a few cups of tea and get busy.
I'm probably being a bit of a cheap skate when I can buy them for under a tenner, but they will be mine, will be stainless, and I am a Yorkshireman. Not mean, careful!!
