Hey guys, I have found a pre-war sloper that is basically complete but needs the steering head. It's way over in Detroit (4 hours) away. It has forks, but no steering head.

My question, will it take the same one as an M20?

I tried that years ago and I can tell you it doesn't fit. I had already started to work on the M20 forks before finding out that it wasn't a good idea.

Didn't slopers have a back bone frame with steering head ?
And very different front forks ?
If so, M20 parts wont fit.

The sloper head stem is different to WM20, the Sloper shares the same head stem as S27 deluxe flat tank and onwards. Also the link bolts are heavier duty than Wm20, links are different and the head stem has ears for the headlight.
