Just to say went for a lovely little run today on my trusty ex WD M20 earlier today in london. As I said to a friend in Berlin this afternoon when she asked where did you travel to, I said The past - and as well as just chugging along that is what 'green' as our youngest daughter called her, allows you to do, think of other times, other people and some great events. An M20 seems happy to plod along with the minimum of input leaving plenty of time to enjoy the countryside...

This time of year it's particularly nice with the beech trees just into leaf and lots of bluebells etc. and the cuckoos and swallows have arrived....Ian

Unfortunately round here the rape seed is in flower - so the early morning ride to work is nice, the return not so.

One surprising bonus of hay-fever is that wifey knows that the only pollen free zone is .............. my workshop ... honest!
(when I'm not on a wood working spree, oak dust is a bugger!)

Must be all the grease, cutting fluids, oil, petrol, toxic fumes, etc.......

When I was a youngster my Grandad kept bees and I never suffered from Hayfever, He passed away in the early 1960 and we had no bees. Gradually I had hay fever and by the hot summer of 1976 I was really ill with it. Then my wife saw an article in the Readers Digest that said that if you had a teaspoon of local honey every day you would stop havingsVY this fever. I tried it and it worked. Ten years ago I started keeping bees and so far all is well. I also told this remedy to other suffers and most of them said that it works, yours, John.
