VE comemorations

With the current VE day celebrations in our minds. Roy Van Dorp in the Netherlands was very happy to re-introduce old Len Fox to a bike that he had been very used to riding during the invasion.

And my old friend ex signalman/Para Ted Poulton (now nearly 90) was re- acquainted with a Welbike at Blandford Camp, after last riding one In Salerno in 1943. After the owner started it up for him, Ted rode it like he'd never been off it. Ron

Yep. Ted is a real character! He whispered to me one day.

Hahaha, bet there's not many people that know about that stuff!

Tell Ted, next time I come over, I'll bring the WB he rode in Italy.
