I was hoping that Henk wouldn't use this photo as it was obvious that the bling-addicted hordes would use it as justification for TPs on everything when in fact all it shows is that one batch of probably rebuilt machines had them applied (and maybe then in chalk for checks during storage ?)

These are across the guard and not on the sides.

The bikes have brake rods and knurled damper knobs. Are they Triumphs ?

triumphs had brake rods and the 3hw's had webb forks so they had the webb knurled dampher knobs. Therefore I used such one on mine.

That's a lovely Triumph Ron and I don't mind the TP on the mudguard, but I must say that the front number plate looks a little small??
