on October 14th you wont have to display a tax disc but as I understand your tax wont be transferable like a sorn if you paid for your tax you will have to apply for a refund on what is left on it and the new owner will have to tax it as with free road tax I suppose you will just surrender it and the new owner will have to apply for a new one also if I don't ask for a refund or send my tax disc back will the new owner be able to tax his vehicle as the DVLA computer will say it is already taxed I thought they were going to make it easier to do your road tax it or is this a a money making scheme
