Amal carb Spacer

So. I just got a hearty laugh when Amal offered to ship me a £6.70 spacer for £12.70. Ridiculous, even posting to the States. ANy other sources?

Hi Mike,
If this is a Phenolic Resin spacer, then you can easily make your own from Tufnol which is available in sheet form in lots of different thicknesses. Having said that, I'm sure I've seen Amal spacers on eBay, from the States. I assume postage from the States, to the States, would be rather cheaper?
