Hi Dave,last year at Stanford hall (next week This year) I was talking to a chap with the smallest jumble stall I have ever seen.He had the best alloy head I have
also ever seen,He wanted £100.00.I chatted to him a couple of times ,couldn't make my mind up,(big outlay for something I don't really need),So I got his phone number,He gave me a few lathe tools for nothing,(Big ones,fellow engineer)I have since thought "should have bought that head,and the overarm steady for a machine I
have,with none), can I find his number?no,strike while the iron is hot,don't dither.

Just noticed that the head sold for £338.... My bike is worth more dead than alive.

I'd better take another look at the two I have...I think it may be time to blast them and repair any broken fins...

It's hard to imagine anyone would want an alloy head for an M20 or M21 that much... ....Ian

I think I have 2 or 3 alloy heads in a box that need a clean and a few fins repairing. Didn't seem worth it before but now ??
