after you have seen these pic's go to top of the page and type in D-Day in the serch box and manny manny more pic's and speeches and film footage can be seen !!!!

Great photos and very thought-provoking when you click between the two. I showed the kids a couple and as we were in Weymouth just over a week ago wondering just how old the 'Dorothy's Restaurant' sign was that's visible in both shots, it made WW2 seem a bit more real than the books & bike that their Dad has.
