Well, I've just received, in the post, a pair of new girder fork damper
friction discs from Draganfly Motorcycles. Lovely things and excellent service from Draganfly. What's irritating is that they're made of 3mm Tufnol.
I've just bought a sheet of 3mm Tufnol to make carb insulators (and very nicely they came out too, I might add) and I could easily have made these discs as well, if I'd known they were going to arrive made of Tufnol, rather than the original woven fabric type. Damn it!
