The Welbike is a scam...although I'd be prepared to pay that much never to have to ride a stinkwheel with no front brake !

The Welbike looks like a scam, zero feedback, strange username, no bidding, email contact only????

Its been reported to ebay, I'm sure they will take it down along with all his other stuff thats at silly (cheap) prices.

He's also listing a Triumph Hurricane for 6k!! + various other interesting vehicles at below the expected prices. Strange how the photos of the various items show him to have so many diferent homes as a background!

The BSA does not look like it stood for 35 years..

The battery is new, the dynamo lines are new,
The mag advance/retard is installed in a way that I do not believe
Someone can really use, (And is actually a choke lever)
And it stated to run with a fuel drip
"After 3 kicks",(No way without at least cleaning the points)
So not enough to run for charge check, so why new dynamo leads?..
The break light switch is shiny where it connects to the frame and to the rod,

Does anyone know who the real owner of the Welbike is?? if the number on the tanks is right, this is the earliest recorded MK1 in my database, but it really is impossible, as this dates it before the first contract, and it is no prototype, strange!!
