Very nice, Marnic. Did you have the cover made in Belgium ? I see a nice row of Cobbler's awls...with a bottle opener at the end. That looks typically Belgian !
If someone interested and has the same saddle frame as in picture one.
(they are really made for a good fit)
Than I have good news!
I have one more! and this is the only one!!
Because I had enough saddle material I let produced him one extra.
they are not cheap but If you think there was a lot thinking on how
he best could do this job best.
all he had to work with were the saddle frame and a few colour pics that I found for him.
so this is not something you make fast in a couple of hours.
I can bring it over to Normandy in two weeks time.
If interested send me a PM please
I don't have the drawings of the coverparts simply because I didn't make them.
What I can do is give you the name and info about the man who produced them
for me.
He will be happy to make them for you.
I'm sure he can make what ever cover you want.
As long he has a frame and some good detailed pics to work with or even better an origal cover.
he is more a favoriet to work with leather than with simi or Rexene because it not so elastiek and less quality than leather.
the man you need is:
