Hi yall , do any one Know What the dimensions are for the lugs That are on the bsa wm20 panniers the ones that the top of the pannier frames ?fit to ... ie how far out from the main rack, how wide they are, were the hole is, and how big the hole is how far/were out the bend is !!!!

Sorry that should say the lugs were cut off the pannier rack
