After a closer look at the photo I can see that they are in fact Royal Military Police escort but with all the bull do you think they had red helmets? On their heads that is,

Gloss crash helmets, chrome headlamp rims, chrome rear view mirrors and flag standards on the front mudguards...whatever next?..

My brother in law bought an ex Royal Escort Norton rotary and that had red, blue and white paintwork and lots of extra chrome and polishing...full bull...Ian
