There is no weight on the forks, when it is on the ground the weight would make the forks swing away from the frame

I wish I had a work shop like that. Now that's a polishing machine.

Re: Pictures from Roy

Very nice... Wish I had a workshop or a garage with power.

Re: Pictures from Roy

Not motorcycles, but some of Roy's other restorations. Ron

Re: Pictures from Roy

I was jealous of all that extra room in his shop - - until the "other restorations" pictures came in. Then I realized that, as a restorer, he is not just in a different league but a different galaxy! Fantastic work.

The only question I really have, in a shop like that, is that small(ish) blasting cabinet enough? I am looking to build one that will be big enough to accept a modern (swing arm) frame, but it looks like it may take up a lot of room in my garage.

Re: Pictures from Roy

normaly the cabin is enough for us,big parts like the hull from the m10 achilles we send away.
a dodge rim can be blasted in it,also the complete frame from the bsa was blasted in it,i guess everything that is shorter than 90 centimeter can get in.we have enough space in the workshop to do big projects and a nice heater to,i don,t like cold hands all the restorations we have done are great and this is the first motorcycle for us,but i like it very much........when i have some spare money i will buy one by myself
