they are doing expensive postage to get round the ebay/paypal costs and don't forget there could be custom charges on top of that though I am not sure how custom charges work on second hand parts you are charged on old/secondhand vehicles
Customs charges are almost always based on the CIF (i.e. costs insurance freight) so the postage will be included as the basis for the umstoms charges.
