Re: working mens sheds?

I thought my shed was untidy looking at these sheds mine is tidy though mine is a lot smaller and no electricity or heating designed to stop me spending all day in there

Whats the Hoover doing in there!!

Re: working mens sheds?

brilliant pic!

But I have seen that room, when it was much more than that,
in fact the whole house was.

Re: working mens sheds?

I was a bit worried about the Hoover and if you look carefully, there is also an Ironing board! and he's doing his own cooking, very domestic?!

Re: working mens sheds?

The hoover is for getting the small nuts, washers etc that roll out of reach or if it is one of the wet types, for sucking the oil out of the tank, sump and such. The ironing board is for using as a temporary work surface for grinding in valves, tapping threads and small rebuilds. as for the cooker, apart from cookong can be used for heating the grease for lubing the chain and for heating barrels to replace guides, seats and bearings.....
Very sensible in my opinion. |I have to move my weld set to use my oven
