No, just a numerical coincidence.
ZM prefix is special series of Dutch registrations allowing the use of the discontinued blue numberplates, instead of the fluorescent yellow plates with the EU sign. Just for old motorcycles though.

The motorcycle on the right happens to be mine. She's from august 1941. And as Rob said the numbers on the plate hasn't got anything to do with the date of birth of a motorcycle (In Holland).
