Tubing used on rear frame wm20

Hi,

For fixing some rear frame issues, I need some pipe.
Does anyone has some or point me in the right direction for the following:

1 piece of 300mm 3/4" 18 SWG
1 piece of 300mm 7/8" 12 SWG

Thanks,

Leon

Leon,

We still use inch over here and I can get that at any time.

Can I mail you a few pieces? Just tell me the length you need.

You would pay the postage of course.

Cheers

Thanks Dave an Robb,

I contacted the steel compagnie in the UK (Dave's hint), and they directed me to an other compagnie.
So that is work in progress.
But I will keep you offer in mind Robb.

Cheers,

Leon

Re: Tubing used on rear frame wm20

What was interesting is that they did mild steel tube in the elusive 9/16" size, which was used on the front stand (on the thick side) and the lower pannier support brackets not to mention Matchless rear mudguard stays, all of these have been made from stainless in the past because no one could get mild steel.

I'll fill my luggage with steel for you guys when I come over for Normandy 2014!

I'll trade it for housing and some use of a uniform.
