Hello this G3L of mine has some problem with the 2nd gear. The other 3 seem to be perfect but the 2nd engages and runs with a rattle. Should I remove and fix the gearbox again? Did that 10 times already

Don't know about rattling but if the pin in your selector mechanism wears loose it will cause missed gears.Maybe the nut holding your kickstart ratchet has come loose causing too much endplay?
