I just stumbled across this site and a quick search on this forum didn't find any mention of it, so forgive me if it has been discussed before or you already know about it. http://www.brightsparkmagnetos.com/index.htm
They have for download old Lucas part catalogueson lights, switches and workshop manuals on magnetos.
Re: Potentially useful webside on Lucas and Magnetos
That is an excellent website, in addition to all the great free information, they manufacture a replacement capacitor that is relocated to the points area where you can actually get to the condenser, rather than have it buried inside the armature as the original was. I rebuild Lucas & BTH magnetos near Cleveland Ohio & it is the ONLY capacitor I will put in a magneto. They have an excellent one for the MO1 Magdyno!
If anyone here needs one of these capacitors , new or used magneto parts, or wants work done on there magnetos, feel free to email me sbrolund@yahoo.com
