Clutch/Front brake lever body screw

Measured the cheese head screws that hold the clamp together with the clutch/front brake lever body and found them 3/16"x9/16"x28TPI, can somebody confirm this?
Where can I buy such screws? Preferably in stainless steel?

Re: Clutch/Front brake lever body screw

Hi Kostas...I think this is probably 1BA...28.2 TPI and .209 O.D....Both Cycle thread and BSF are 32 TPI at 3/16" (.187") diameter...Levers frequently use the BA thread form...Ian

Re: Clutch/Front brake lever body screw

Ian, just measured the diameter again and wanted to confirm your thoughts. O.D. is .204 so definitely not 3/16".. 1BA it is!! Thank you!

Re: Clutch/Front brake lever body screw

Nortons do list some 3/16" x 28 threads on the valve lifter and the twistgrip...I have no idea where to get screws for those.
