new record set for cylinder head

Hi ,the current trend in high prices continues,just watched an alloy head end on ebay at £212.00,looks like its had the caustic soda de-coke treatment
181155306080 .
the other day a lever made £198.00 ebay 360671305136 may as well buy a vincent

It's not just old bike spares....Last week I was reading about a (gulp) £35,000 titanium framed Ducati built by a specialist firm in Italy...The 'optional' titanium sidestand is £1500.. ...Ian

I wonder if they do a frame kit for a WM20

should help to make a few more miles per hour

Perhaps I should get back to the bloke with the M20 NOS top end, iron head barrel valves and springs, £500.

It will continue to rise until either the price or the sales volume is high enough to justify a replica.
Based on the current for H-D UL heads, it will be $$$.

Ah, that's nuthin. There was one of these alloy heads a couple weeks ago that went for $411 US!! That's about 275 GBP.
Better luck on the next one..prices are dropping! Get a couple high bidders out of the marketplace, sellers who think they are sitting on gold will flood the markets, and they'll sell for even less next time.
I bet this one doesn't make 100 quid.
