Bob Shantz who ran Domiracer died in 2003...His wife then ran the business for a further ten years..
She is now getting too old to keep it going and the family have apparently decided to sell the whole lot....Ian

I remember when they started out. In the early '70s I lived in upstate New York. Our local BSA dealer was a guy named "Woody" (Donald Wood) who was also a farmer and whose wife ran a delapidated truck stop on a no-longer-significant highway. One day Woody announced to his customers that his inventory was being bought out, together with the inventory of lots of other BSA dealers. It was the predecessor of Domiracer. 40+ years in business. Not bad.
