Leon would be the chap to ask, but i've only got different M series bikes..i believe it is tube thickness ?

The gider is a bit smaller so you can not put your speedodrive between it but if you have it in the brake plate as the pre war M ones it wil fit the M20 gider is olso a litle bit longer but that is no problem do it have a suport tool for the sparkplug ? Greating Theo Schipper

Which model Empire Star are you referring to? The 1936 or the later models from 1937-1938? And 500cc or less?
