Hi am trying to put a 1941 M20 trials outfit on the road what does it need as in MOT,road tax and lights please

You can get a daylight MOT (no lights) and since MOT's are not required for vehicles built before 1960. I guess you only need insurance and tax disc

Thanks for the reply Ron I assume for the tax disc I just go to the post office and get a free tax disc so long as I present my log book and insurance cert

That's about the size of it Uwan. As long as your V5C states date of first registration or declared year of manufacture before 1960, there should be no problem.... Depending on the staff inelegance, they might ask you to fill in an MOT exception form.
