OOh I love this sunny weather!
I've been careening (ok, wrong word... hurtling) around on the M20 with heterosexual abandon.
Trouble is the battery doesn't charge - no big deal, I charge it up every few days, but it would be nice if it did.
My question is this:
As the magdyno seems to be working very well (fat spark and no fade even when warm/hot) does it follow that it will definitely be supplying a charging current and that the fault is probably with the regulator?
All advice gratefully considered!

Magdyno = Mag + Dyno and you need to check the output of the Dyno bit.
Have a look at Lucas crib sheet section L2 part A (Generators)
