23 YA 71

I have a full set of mudguards with military registration number 23 YA 71. They look like G3L but I'm unsure as they appear wider at the front, anyone confirm or owns this bike by any chance?

Pete,

All I can say this bike was sold off on 1-7-1957 at "BRN" ? frame number 4488, (rebuilt) C number; C1434978

mail me some pictures please!

Framenumber indicates an early G3!! but with having had the rebuild, it lost most of those features probably, no ribbed mudguards?

Hi Lex, I got these mudguards with a WO G3 project but not the frame number you quoted. I have sent photos direct from my phone.
