I will be most grateful if anyone can help with the dimensions "A" and "B" on the sketch below. Also, is the stack assembly correct and do I need 2 x item 47?

There is a drawing in the Standards book (on Henk's CD) that shows the dimensions on a frame and forks diagram. They are 2 19/32 and 3 3/32 inches. If anyone has an original book could you post the dimensions on the forks that are shown just below the yoke. On the pdf I cannot read it however much I enlarge it. (Have spent many happy hours trying to straighten out about a 1 1/2 inch bend to the left on my frorks - have got the wheel pretty much central now - the bike had taken enough of a hit to half crush the axle nut outboard of the axle end.) I also need a stem if anyone has a spare (66-5131 or 66-5144 I think have a 66-6119 Stem if anyone can identify it - its lighter and shorter than M20)
