Here is a challenge for someone who fancies writing a haynes type manual for wd bikes.Is their any such books at the moment.

Do you mean a manual with dodgy, grainy black and white photos and misinformation about left and right-hand threads ?

I'd love to do one for the M20 and I have done some work on one..However, it is incredibly time consuming and I can't see me having that much time until I retire..and maybe not then as I have a few bike projects I'd still like to build.
You have to admire anyone who finds time to write a book and still do something else!....Ian

You actually only have to write half a manual though don't you? Because for reassembly, it always says that is simply the reverse of the disassembly, which as most of us will know is often simply not true!!

i find the haynes BSA pre-unit singles number 326 has 90% of what you would need though some pictures are small and there is no girder fork info but you can get this off the internet
