It has the early G3 rear mudguard stay, carrier and "finned" engine crackcase, so this might be a G3 with a G3L forks fitted? That number
stamped there is 7401 which is G3 production. If a G3, then that is
a good opening price. Will be hard to find the right girders for it
though.
If you look at the frame you will see it is a G3WO as the front frame has the sidecar lug on the down tube under the tank and the rear frame has no pillion lugs. Therefore looks to me like a G3WO this later tele forks fitted. Cheers John
