Today at work in the post, my repaired outer gear case cover, early type was returned from being repaired by our forum friend DavePlumb

Usual problem - clutch operating arm casting broken off

Dave did a master job, am well pleased and will begin rebuild of my spare gear box very soon

If you have a broken casing, Daves yer man !!

Thank you all for your kind comments, I'd appreciate it if you could put them on the guest book of my website (www.messcheshire.co.uk) so that I can see if my google analytics is working correctly. I've only just set it up and I'm not sure if I'm actually getting no visits or I've just not sorted it properly. I used the one that came with the website, but it was discontinued a while ago and it always showed visits but now with the google system it shows none which I find hard to believe

My heel is recovering well thanks. I started putting weight on it yesterday, so Im going to have a mooch in the garage with the bikes this afternoon.
I think I will be riding again in about 4 or 5 weeks
