It seems that if the European Commission has it's way, the definition of historic vehicle will be very narrowly restricted and include no changed engines etc.
It's not clear if modified historic vehicles simply won't have the MOT exemption or if they will become as illegal as a modified modern vehicle.
The Dutch and the Belgians can stop sniggering at the back as there is going to be compulsory testing for two-wheelers everywhere in Europe.
'Dear God...Would you please let the Euro fail completely and make the European Parliament dissappear in a spectacular political meltdown'...Thanks...Ian (as soon as possible please)
i am assuming its to control people putting V10 engines into reliant robin 3 wheelers but why they are controlled at the moment by the cost of the insurance ie you pay for what you want i can see it not working properly and it controlling even having a recondition/repalcement engine fitted as by being rebored it would be modifiied engine ho hum
