Can enybody tell me which Year was my M20 build?

It hes a WM 20356 Number (Matching Numbers).

Could it be 1940 or 1939?

Mitja,

Your BSA left the factory on 6-4-1940 and it went to the War Office London.

I can send you an email if you want with a copy of the page from the BSA ledgers, these are the official BSA despatch records.

Hi Mitja,

You mentioned that your frame and engine numbers are WM 20356 but I guess it should be WM20 20356?

I have send you the page with your bike in it. I see now that your bike left the factory be 6-6-40 and not 6-4-40 as I mentioned on the forum.

What other information do you need? Most can be found on the website.
