Ron, I have a NOS front wheel that I measured for someone not long ago.
My front wheel measures about a 1/32" variation in runout depending on the location around the circumference so I have included the ranges gathered by measuring in 4 places.
28/32"-29/32" on the L/H side (straight-edge across the end of the speedo drive and gap to the edge of the rim measured).
11/32 -12/32" on the R/H side (straight-edge across the edge of the brake drum edges and gap to the edge of the rim measured) - the bearing recess edge is damaged from years of handling so not a reliable edge.
