Hi Guys
I'm about to assemble my gear box but I notice that there seems to be a lot of clearance between the kick start quadrant and the inner bronze bush. I would expect the bronze bust to wear being softer. Can some one tell me what the internal measurement (ID) of a new quadrant is, and the correct (OD) of inner bush,(lay shaft bushing) please?.

Hi Phil..The steel kickstart quadrant bush does the job of supporting the quadrant..The layshaft bush is not a 'running fit' in the back of the quadrant..Ian
