Yes vehicles registered BEFORE 1960 & vehicles registered AFTER 1960 provided you can prove it was manufactured BEFORE 1960

Yes, the year of manufacture of the vehicle needs to be before 1st Jan 1960 to qualify for no MOT. So if it was registered in 1960 there maybe factory records from an owners club to prove it was actually made in 59

Yes a friend of mine has a VW camper registered in 1973. But he was able to prove the build date was 1972 and therefore claimed free road tax. Ron
