Hoping for some light on this, new head and all back together, fuel leaks sorted, new oil, I've got all the gaps to the right spaces on the valves and lifter, but she's making a very noisy tappety noise, I think I've got the fuel / air right to as no back fireing on over run and starting on first kick, it's making a very faint noise on running under load, but I'm a bit worried about the over run noise, sounds odd to me.
Ive just been out for ten mins to warm things up, I wonder if it's me, but she didn't make this noise b4, hard to describe but any ideas? This memorial service in tomorrow...humph..
