M20 Oil Sources in the US?

Hello All,

I'm looking for the following here on this side of the pond:

* non-EP 90 wt oil (not labled as having Hypoid additives) suitable for the gearbox

* non-detergent straight 50 weight oil for the engine

I'd like to find a source at either a chain store or a mail order.

And, sorry to start the bane of every internet motorcycle thread, the 'dreaded oil thread.'

Kevin

Classic Oil Supply in Richmond, Va. U.S.A. sells Morris oil and they have what you need. 804-261-4140, if he is still in business. I have purchased from him but have no other connection.

Re: M20 Oil Sources in the US?

I use Redline MT-90 in the gearbox. Some thread a while back also suggested just packing it with grease.

I haven't tried it yet, but I've read that Shell Rotella is a good non-additive oil that also has the right phos content for old motorcycles.
