Who can give me the inside and outside diameters of the chaincase felt ring 15-8814 ?

It just so happens that I have an excellent example of one in my garage at the moment. I will give you those dimensions in decimal inches this evening after I get home from work.

So, I measured the felt. It's in pretty good condition (picture below). The OD is 4.550, ID is 3.00, and the thickness is 0.211. I measured thickness at an uncompressed area.
