RE. Barn Find

Hi folks, I`ve just received these pics from Dave Powell who started a topic a little while ago on an M20 Barn find. He`s now aquired the bike with numerous bits and pieces which I saw yesterday. The first light its seen in 40 years or more. Has a B31 fitted but was parked up after piston skirt decide to go walk about. They are still out there hiding in sheds etc, its just being in the right place at the right time, Ian.

Re: RE. Barn Find

Lovely, better than any museum exhibits, you can see the age & get clues to its life, great stuff :-)

Re: RE. Barn Find

some folks have all the luck i cant even find a barn

Re: RE. Barn Find

Henk, the engine numbers are WM 20 73755 and SA 1166. Think the WM 20 may be 1942 but what about the other, seems an unusual number but someone will enlighten me I,m sure
