Today I visited the history on wheels museum just up the street from me in Eton Wick, Berkshire
I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised with what was there
Lots of military cars & trucks many which have appeared in famous movies such as battle of Britain, where eagles dare, kellys heroes & comedys such as Allo Allo, Opel blitz, Humber staff cars, Morris commercials, crossley alf tracks, horsch staff car, tatra, Mercedes 170's a really good mixture
From the bike side, a 16h with a DR manequin, some German machines, a flat twin French ww2 outfit, RE fleas, James ml, a weblike with its original drop container from Arnhem. For the bicycle fans, too many to mention, British , italian, German, American, never saw as many
I bought a new unissued motorcycle log book dated 1944 which tony had as a duplicate
If you have not visited & you live within a bike ride, i recommend you try it r if you are near London on of it's open weekends, book a visit
It's Tony Oliver's place. I've been there lots of times.

Last time I was there we collected a Kettonkrad that a friend had bought. Ron
