Rear Wheel Spindle Washers/Distance (G3L)

Reopening the post again.
Can anyone share photographs of the rear wheel washers alone. Please share pics of
1. Washer between the speedo drive and frame
2. Washer inside/inbetween Sprocket and the inside of the rear brake plate.
3. Washer between outside of brake plate and frame.

Personally checked them on www.jampotarchieve.com but couldn't get a clear picture. thankful if anyone can show some pictures.

Re: Rear Wheel Spindle Washers/Distance (G3L)

I'm not sure what you mean by washers? Inside the speedo
drive is spacer W41 G3L 11265. Between speedo drive and frame is spacer # H106 (1" diam x 15/16" long). Between brake plate and into frame fork is # B54 with two flats.
Any washer inside the drum would just need to be thick enough to stop the shoes and or brake plate making any contact. Ron

Re: Rear Wheel Spindle Washers/Distance (G3L)

Do not leave out the spacer inside the speedo drive or you will crush it out of shape. As you can see on the brake side, there is a spacer that sits over the slotted distance piece which bears against the rear fork. The spacer inside the brake drum also acts as a seal surface, bearing against the axle bearing.
