KM20 Clutch Question

I'm a new owner of a '39 KM20 and the clutch seems to be dragging (not slipping). The clutch was recently rebuilt. I believe it to be a single spring clutch. Any ideas? Also, looking at the manual it appears that this is a dry clutch. Is this correct?

Re: KM20 Clutch Question

Supposed to be dry but if not sealed properly during rebuild, could have some dragging problems....more likely clutch is not lifting "squarely". that is evenly... best to to disassemble and inspect for proper assembly of correct parts

Re: KM20 Clutch Question

I do the same thing with six spring clutches, just take one plain and one lined plate out. Smooth as silk and no slipping and one finger clutch!
