The next bit , Primary drive

Evening. Temporarily in from Shed. Engine went painlessly. I am changing the clutch to tirumph 4 spring so fitted clutch and cush drive to check alignment, using a straight edge across the back of clutch sproket. The clutch is about 1.5mm too far out.Is this ok,if not should I shim the front or lap the clutch taper[which is rough].
Thanks [off to do more etc's]

Re: The next bit , Primary drive

I think it would be a bit of both, clean up the taper and shim behind the cush drive.Ideally it should be dead in line, but a little bit either way should be ok
