Someone on Twitter is posting WW2 events as they would have happened all those years ago. I believe it's less than 3 months into the war during 1939 and I've absolutely no idea whether the plan is to continue all the way to '45 in real time. I began following it yesterday and it's a good distraction during work hours.
Here's the official line from Twitter:
